We are looking for a proactive Human Resources Executive with a strong focus to assist the Human Resources Manager with Payroll and other HR aspects to deliver quality HR services to our hotel associates.

About You:
You must be fluent in the English language, both written and verbally.
Previous experience of at least 1 year in finance or Human Resources as a Payroll Coordinator in the Hospitality Industry preferably in the Middle East or within Marriott properties. Preferably familiar with ADACO and HITs.
Preferably having knowledge or worked in payroll and cost control.
Positive and outgoing attitude.
Accurate & able to work with less supervision.
You will need to be versatile, flexible and diligent in your approach.

We are looking for a proactive Human Resources Executive with a strong focus to assist the Human Resources Manager with Payroll and other HR aspects to deliver quality HR services to our hotel associates.
Duties & Responsibilities
Payroll Processing:
- Responsible for updating HITs records creating new associate profiles, change of status, closing profiles etc. as approved by management.
- Responsible for preparing and forwarding all required reports by Finance paymaster service charge list, monthly leavers and starters list etc. upon approval of management.
- Responsible for checking and compiling all data/ reports for Payroll processing before payroll month closing - 20th of every month and to ensure a COPY of all summarized reports ( attendance report, deduction list, Service Charge List, Joiners and Leavers Report) to be filed and kept in Human Resources. Summarized report will contain deductions in pay if any, which includes suspension days and other fines which have been duly signed by all authorized signatories.
- Responsible for vacation management vacation planner and records report, advance payment etc.
- Responsible for flight ticket management (vacation and repatriation) for associates as per the Flight Ticket policy, Adaco requests, flight meal allowance float, Invoice posting on HITs and processing ticket 50% payment/ deduction.
- Responsible for preparing all required separation documentation once resignation / termination letter has been submitted and approved by management
- Ensure the hotel exit clearance process is completed by the associates and all company property is returned before final settlement cheque and passport is handed over.
- Provide the repatriation ticket copy to the Government Relations Manager in order to arrange the transportation for Associates exiting Dubai.
- Arrange the schedule for exit interview and conduct junior associate exit Interviews
- Responsible for Human Resources Administration Letters, communication etc.
- Update information on the Notice Boards and Four Points Scoop memos, birthday lists as required and ensure the notice boards reflect the brand standards at all times.
- Responsible for coordinating the opening New Bank account for new associates upon receiving their Emirates ID.
- Coordinate with IT Support Team to rectify any error on HITs.
- To input Misconduct Report in the system.
- Responsible to circulate HR Signature book for signatures and collect documents in HR Pigeon Hole at the Executive Office.
- To update HR Weekly with required information National Day, Promotions/transfer etc.
- Responsible for Long Service Award administration to be announced in the Brand Champion every Quarter.
- Support HR projects and activities as required by management.
