Ensure the data security by installing the anti virus system, firewall & other relevant security system including the password restricted access to the system.
• Conduct the IT audit through remote access as well site visit,
• Hire the IT team and conduct the training for them.
• Keep trace for renewal for all software licenses.
• Implement the back-up policy for all databases and monitor to ensure the correct back-up as per the procedures defined.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity problems, including user access and component configuration
• Carry out the bench marking by maintaining good relation with other IT partner companies.
• Attend the events prospecting upcoming technology to get knowledge, prepare technology review report and submit to GGM
• Maintain the risk assessment module.
• Implement and follow the cost saving principles in all software and hardware 
• Ensure to assist 24 hours round the clock for any IT related issues.
• Compile and conduct training courses to all staff for basic IT operation and share his knowledge with competent staff to be deputy of him in future hotels.
• Establish network connection among all hotels all the time.
• Implement the techniques that serve as best solution for internet usage and guest support.
• Liaise with the other important technology such as CCTV, Telephone system, network TV channels, web site, Audio and Video, projectors & walkie talkie.
• Collect information to analyze and evaluate existing or proposed systems
• Prepare detailed flow charts and diagrams outlining systems capabilities and processes
• Maintain confidentiality with regard to the information being processed, stored or accessed by the network
General responsibilities:
 Report to work on time with proper uniform, including name tag. Personal appearance must comply with the standard of the hotel.
 Develop knowledge about different nationality of staff and their special requests and needs.
 Report any unusual occurrences to his superior.
 At all times strive to represent Hotel in the most professional, courteous manner.
 Be able to work accordingly to budget, keep constant eye on staffing level and control costs as much as you can.
 Be able to perform any additional scope of duties if requested by the Management.
Minimum Job Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in IT Administration,or a related field is required. Certified Network Administrator is preferred.

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to understand detailed information;
Excellent command of English, Arabic (preferred) – listening, speaking, reading and writing
Experience:
Minimum 3-4 years of progressively more responsible experience in all phases of IT administration, with supervisory experience a plus in the four stars or five star properties.
Must be familiar with current IT trends.
Good interpersonal skills to form effective working relationships with people at all levels; with proven track record of 'making a difference';
Ability to analyze, interpret and explain.
