This role is the first line of support of the IT Support Desk.  The scope of support is within IT Infrastructure and IT Network.

Key Accountabilities

·        Provide 1st & 2nd level support for all users in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain & Madinat Zayed remotely and In-person requests or visits.

·        Regularly visit branch offices and locations to provide IT support.

·        In addition to the assigned location, provide remote support to users from other locations remotely.

·        Rectify issues employees are having with their laptops, emails, printers, phones.

·        Install and maintain software/software upgrades for employees.

·        Interact with users and provide them with Support and training required.

·        Identify and solve all operations malfunction in a logical manner.

·        Provide induction and IT services to new starters when requested.

·        Provide support for the CCTV cameras, Cars GPS, and barcode System.

·        Support the IT Infrastructure Manager to procure the IT equipment within the office when requested internally.

·        Complete basic ERP usability issues; escalate technical queries to the ERP Team.

·        Escalate queries to the relevant vendors as needed.

·       Support the IT Infrastructure Manager with large installation projects.

·        Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

·        1-2 years of experience in IT Support and remote assistance

·        Proficient knowledge of IT systems, be able maintain & support user endpoints, Network issues, Printers, Scanners, Wireless, Telephony etc.

·        Be able to provide efficient customer service.

Able to understand user problems & address it.
