As the Lead Developer, you will be responsible for leading their mobile development team to grow the product and optimizing it according to industry's best practices.

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

• Building a high performing team with the best practices
• Able to implement solutions that meet high standards, robust enough that do not require extensive refactoring.
• Training the mobile team on writing code.
• Delivering according to the deadlines.

Requirements:

• 5+ years post-graduate experience in the Mobile App function.
• Experience in the UAE/ Middle East is preferred.
• Proactive in planning, communication and delivery of work.
• Experience in reducing bounce rates by introducing and monitoring (new) initiatives Monitoring and guarding the quality of the Official and Online Stores.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high level of attention to detail and follow up.
• Professional conduct and a mature approach to all situations.
• Proficient skills in Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel.
