Meraas Holding is involved in a number of high profile projects across Dubai, and is now hiring for the following position: Assistant Manager – Tenant and Customer Relations for our upcoming malls. Your role will be responsible for managing the tenants’ relationship & Customer services teams of the asset ensuring compliance of all tenants under the terms and conditions of the lease agreement, mall regulations, HSE and local authorities.
Preference will be given to qualified candidates who can demonstrate experience in the following;
- Managing the relationships with tenants' compliance under the terms and conditions of the lease agreement, mall operational regulations, HSE and local authority regulations.
- Influencing and assisting the tenants to keep their stores well-presented, clean, maintenance free and safe at all times.
- Delivering high levels of customer service and experience by dealing will all customer queries
- Controlling the back-office functions related to collation and maintenance of tenants monthly sales records, footfall, sales performance, compliance documents and permits.
- Assuring and maintaining the highest levels of housekeeping, cleanliness and security of the asset are met by tenants
- Running the tenants’ meetings on a regular basis to enhance relationship, operations and customer experience.
- Collecting, tracking and maintaining accurate records of tenant compliance documents.
- Managing and overseeing the customer service team
- Managing all high-level customer complaints
- Managing the malls promotional information, coupons, vouchers and other mall related services
- Review all customer feedback and liaise with the CRM team where necessary
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should also hold a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role and should possess good knowledge of Tenant and Customer relationship. You will be required to hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and have excellent communication skills to effectively assist stakeholders as per Meraas’ standards and in addition have the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
