Role Overview
Responsible to develop the marketing strategy and marketing calendar for Consumer Assets (Loans, Mortgages and Auto loans) in MENA region
Develop & Implement the marketing Calendar for consumer assets
To lead and oversee the design, development and delivery of outstanding marketing communications on Secured and Unsecured lending product for HSBC Bank in the Middle East Region (MENA). The job holder will contribute to the strategic development of these products and will strongly influence the achievement of the revenue targets
This role will also lead and oversee all ATL campaigns for Asset products i.e. Personal Loans, Home loans and Car loans and will guide other HSBC MENA countries in developing and roll out product specific marketing initiatives

Duties & Responsibilities

The Regional Marketing Manager for Consumer Assets will deliver the following -
Oversight and responsibility of all marketing related activities for Consumer Assets across the region
Work closely with business team to ensure revenue targets are met
Review customer journey to ensure smooth process and minimal drop-off in acquisitions process
Manage and overlook the marketing budget to ensure appropriate spends on relevant marketing activities to achieve business objectives
Development and execution of marketing campaigns (ATL / BTL ) to achieve the identified business priorities across
Acquisition of NTB Mortgages and Personal Loans
Cross sell of other products to consumer asset customers
Control Attrition
Leverage Alliances
Identify and coordinate Research requirements for Consumer Assets between the business and market research team
Responsible to articulate the Consumer Assets Marketing Strategy
Develop /implement a Consumer Assets Marketing Calendar
Responsible for the ROI of Consumer Assets campaigns rolled out across the region
In specific cases, help countries roll out Consumer Assets related marketing campaigns, if not part of regional roll out


Qualifications :

Experience & Qualifications
The job holder will need to have 8 years or more experience working in a marketing environment.
The job holder must have excellent English language skills. They will be a capable team leader and manager, able to solve problems individually or in groups and committed to developing expertise in team management and motivation
They will be familiar with the marketing process and will have worked within a marketing environment
The job holder will be well organised with strong attention to detail and an ability to plan and prioritise. They will possess active listening skills and demonstrate an ease in building close working relationships with those outside the department.
They will be highly creative and challenging to the status quo. They will be enthusiastic, willing to champion the unpopular if right for business strategy; and persuade and motivate individuals in other business areas to support marketing plans.
Experience of third party negotiations both for the development of strategic relationships and the maintenance of marketing suppliers. High level of personal integrity and values in line with business core values.
