The Marketing Manager, International manages the day to day marketing activities of the International operations and oversees the long-term marketing strategy for the company.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
To perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily and should demonstrate the following competencies to consistently perform the essential functions of this position. All employees are expected to adhere to and be knowledgeable of company’s operations standards, established security/safety rules and requirements for attendance. The requirements listed below are representative of the fundamental knowledge, skill, and/or ability required to perform the job successfully:
Develop, in collaboration with Marketing Director and Regional Directors, the marketing strategy in line with group objectives.
Responsible for implementation of tactical marketing initiatives including but not limited to trade shows, marketing collateral, and advertising campaigns.
Co-coordinate marketing campaigns, workshops, shows with sales, support and training activities, including maintaining international marketing calendar.
Oversee the marketing budget, including reporting and tracking.
Plan, in collaboration with marketing group, and implement promotional campaigns within specific regions.
Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measure ROI results.
Management and coordination of website and social media, as related to international group
Provide support to market research activities, competitive intelligence program, and value proposition development.
Create, in collaboration with marketing group, a wide range of different marketing materials suitable for each territory.
Assist with new product launches, emailers, and direct mailers.
Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
Analyzing potential strategic partner relationships for company’s marketing.
Other duties may be assigned.
Travel may be required.

Skills

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related discipline or equivalent experience.
3+ years of experience in a marketing managerial position and 8+ years experience in total
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
Effective communicator, negotiator, and team player.
Highly developed methodical approach to solutions and problem resolution.
Ability to balance competing projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to coordinate efforts of a diverse team worldwide.
Initiative, dependability, cooperation and thoroughness in a team environment.
