We are seeking Learning & Development Manager (Cluster) for the Bluewaters Resorts at the upcoming vibrant destination and home of Ain Dubai.
Bluewaters is a man-made mixed use island located off the coast of Jumeirah Beach Residence. Ain Dubai, the world’s largest observation wheel, forms the unique centerpiece of this development that is poised to become one of the world’s largest tourism hotspots.

The Learning & Development Manager (Cluster) is to lead daily operation and responsible of the Talent Development department. He / She should be an ambassador for the company and the hotel.
Additionally, responsible for short and long term planning of all the HR related functions like workforce planning, recruitment, staffing strategies, wage and salary administration, associate and labour relations, benefits, workforce training and development etc.
Preference will be given to qualified candidates who can demonstrate experience in the following;
• Provide guidance to the leadership team regarding talent development, employee relations, coaching, counseling, discipline and learning & development.
• Promote employee communication activities and channels, to encourage and enable feedback from staff.
• To assist in the building of an efficient team of employees through Multi Skilling, Multi-Tasking and flexible scheduling and by taking an active interest in their learning and development.
• To develop departmental trainers, accountable for training responsibilities and meet with hotel L&D; goals.
• Able to provide leadership and strategic planning to all business development departments in support of our service culture, maximize operations and guest satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will come from a hospitality background and will hold a University Degree/Diploma in a related field with experience in opening, managing and re-positioning a Hotel with clear track record. He/She will also hold over 10 – 15 years’ experience in the hospitality industry, with significant luxury and international experience, ideally including experience in leisure and tourism destination locations. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as Learning & Development.
