As part of the EMEA Marketing Team the Marketing Manager, Commercial Partners EMEA will focus on the tactical marketing for the markets where QIAGEN works with Commercial Partners, including Middle East, Africa, Eastern Europe and Russia. In this role, the Marketing Manager, Commercial Partners EMEA will act as Strategic Partner to the Heads of the CP regions and will overlook the whole QIAGEN portfolio to focus on driving tactical activities to deliver growth through local demand, with strong and impactful local execution
The Marketing Manager, Commercial Partners EMEA will work as a vital part of the EMEA CP marketing and sales organization. This role reports into the Senior Director, Head of Marketing EMEA.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Develop, communicate and execute on the marketing plan and vision in Commercial Partner regions together with the Centres of Excellence, Portfolio and Segment Marketing teams
- Support achievement of overall revenue and marketing goals
- Lead development of the Commercial Partner regions marketing budgets for business plans in respective area of responsibility
- Ensure budget compliance and measures of return of investments
- Communicate, inspire, motivate and inform colleagues in sales, service and customer satisfaction teams - ensuring clear direction
- Establish and maintain relationships with key customers/ networks/ opinion leaders
- Report to Commercial Operations Commercial Partner region Teams at regular intervals
Position Requirements
- 3 years marketing experience in Life Science, Diagnostics, Screening or Oncology. Equivalent sales experience will be considered.
- Molecular Diagnostic experience desirable.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science related discipline
- Experience of marketing with Commercial Partners is essential
Personal Requirements
- Very good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent written and verbal English language communication skills. Fluency in Arabic would be desirable. Any other languages are beneficial
- Demonstrated leadership abilities
- Ability to work both independently and in a structured working environment
