Assisting Chief Accountant in all General Accounting areas, Closing, reconciliation of books of accounts etc., until reporting to Management.
Prime responsibility to process monthly Payroll for Al Zahra Pvt. Hospital Dubai and to participate as a team member in other areas of Accounting including General Ledger, Accounts Payable etc., and reconciliation of GL with the concerned books of accounts.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Monthly payroll compilation, verification of attendance & disbursal of salary.
• Preparation of Employee deduction list on monthly basis and ensure timely recoveries of same.
• Reconcile & ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely.
• Process employee reimbursements and seek clarifications if necessary.
• Calculation and manage payments pertaining to final settlements, leaves etc.
• Liaison with management and staff regarding payroll related query. Co-ordination with bank in relation to employee account opening & termination.
• Managing monthly Employee provisions.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliation, staff accruals & payroll reconciliation statement.
• Process Suppliers / Petty Cash Payments as & when required for Accounts Payable.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
Graduate/Degree in Accounting or any related fields.
Minimum of three (3) recent years of experience in the same field.

Knowledge / Technical Skills:
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word & Power Point),
• Accounting packages of Oracle Financial Applications (ERP) + HRMS & Financial Soft wares like Tally etc.,
