PR Assistant Manager
A leading private investment urban development company is hiring a PR Assistant Manager.
The PR Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting in the execution of internal communications, public relations, copywriting, proofreading, and implementing the integrated PR & Communication plans for the Corporate Brand, Real Estate projects, events and sponsorships.
Responsible for internal communications content that is delivered within the organization - whether managing Intranet content or internal announcements, coordinating with peers for all company properties and corporate.
The PR Assistant Manager reports to the PR & Communication Manager and has a dotted line reporting to the Director of Marketing.
The PR Assistant Manager will work closely internally with almost all departments (consisting of but not limited to): HR, Brand management team, Corporate and international PR/marketing teams, Command Centre, Customer Care, Sales etc.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Internal Communications:
- Manage internal communications output
- Prepare strategic internal communication plan and calendar for the company
- Work with HR, marketing to publish timely company information, such as revamp/update the internal portal, prepare and send out weekly newsletters, internal announcements and CEO messages to employees
- Work closely with media monitoring agencies to send out daily global and country-specific industry news to Senior Management
- Upload relevant PR documents and Marketing collaterals to the internal portal and corporate website, and ensure information is up to date at all times
- Create best practice guidelines to assist other countries in handling their own internal communications on a country-level
- Publish videos and photography on the internal portal
- Measure and present results of communication efforts
- Set timing of release to coordinate with company events or initiatives
- Ensure consistent framing of messages
Corporate/Properties/Events PR
- Assists with the execution of the PR & Communication plans for the brand, new and existing properties and exhibitions based on the business objectives.
- Provides weekly, quarterly and assists with annual PR clippings reports and share with Command Centre in collaboration with the media monitoring agency
- Works within agreed standards and guidelines for all brand communications to ensure consistency, level of quality and objectives are achieved
- Ensures all initiatives are properly documented
- Copywriting and proofreading in English of PR and Marketing Collaterals (Press Releases, Newsletters, Brochures, Fact Sheets etc..)
Agency Coordination
- Assists with the coordination of media fam trips with PR and travel agencies, on-ground team
- Monitors proper implementation by the news monitoring agencies, best quality and competitive pricing for the organization.
- Follows up and assesses the scope of work delivered by the different agencies.
- Ensures all contracts are adhered to.
- Explore and evaluate PR and digital media opportunities that are cost effective and delivers the appropriate media exposure
- Ensure PR agencies deliver the best quality at competitive prices
- Evaluates the final delivery by the different agencies
Website/Social Media:
- Promote and protect the reputation of the organization by building and maintaining effective relationships with social influencers
- Actively involved in Command Centre
- Share PR content with command centre to inform all concerned departments
- Assist in monitoring and updating the Company's and Projects' websites in English to maintain its saliency
