Our client is a leading Property Development Company with an excellent reputation across the region. We are looking for an experienced President of Project Management/ VP/ SVP to be based in Dubai, UAE.

Essential Requirements

• 15+ years experience in Construction and Development
• At least 8 years in a Project Manager role
• At least 8 years experience in the GCC with large property development groups/ large project management companies and main contracting companies
• Strong experience working on a managing large projects alone
• Good personality & excellent communications skills
• Open to all nationalities in GCC now
