The Product Manager is responsible for making sure the product/products are ready for distribution in the local market, as well as for software testing, market research and new development of feature for the software. Responsibilities:
- Work together with the developers to create a software product that is successful on the Middle Eastern market
- Translate the software into local language
- Ensure the software complies with local legislation and business practices
- Write specifications for necessary modifications
- Conduct quality assurance (testing)
- Maintain downloadable program versions online
- Provide support, training and consulting services to local customers and partners
- Project manage strategic and test/development customers
- Be the main point of contact for all product-related issues
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge in the office
- Do active market and industry research to identify trends in the industry
- Keep track of competitors and new developments
