Project Finance Associate

Spencer Ogden are recruiting a Project Finance Associate for an international renewable energy company based in Dubai. The candidate must have knowledge how to build a financial model from the scratch.
Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial modelling and projections as directed by Investment Management and Development teams
• Coach and mentor analysts on financial modelling.
• Analyse company financial statements, company accounts and sector data
• Conduct competitor, market, sector and economic analysis and other research as
• directed
• Remain abreast of relevant economic and political events impacting on and
• influencing the Renewable Energy sector
• Interpret data from different sources and understand the impact this will have for
• investment decision making
• Provide analysis for due diligence processes
• Post investment monitoring of assets
• Develop high quality PowerPoint slides for fund-raising, investor, board, shareholder
• and corporate presentations
• Prepare a variety of reports and documents as directed

Qualifcations:

• Bachelors' Degree in Engineering, Mathematics or Economics
• 6-8 years' experience
• Previous experience in Investment Management, Private Equity, Power & Infrastructure.
