QA Supervisor

Comply with company HSEQ Policy and Safety Procedures to avoid incidents and accidents.
·         Plan, prioritize and monitor the performance of the team and ensure the commitment of deadlines.
·         Organize workflow through the inspection dept. liaising with various departments at all levels as when required to complete tasks (First offs, rework, process audits etc.)
·         Make the decision related inspection issues of machined/milled parts.
·         Monitoring, reviewing the Quality documents, audits and inspections
·         Monitoring, reviewing and updating the calibration status of all measuring instruments.
·         Competent to understand and accessing drawings, specs and procedures using Team Center.
·         Competent to do the in-process audits and operator qualification audits.
·         Involvement of supplier audits and report preparation.
·         Review mill certificates for the inventory and purchased (OP/OS) to the relevant drawings and procedures.
·         Conducting Failure analysis/Root cause analysis and initiate the corrective action plan.
·         Inspection of first off to the relevant drawings and procedures.
·         Login and closing of NCRs for both in house products and supplier products in the ERP.
·         Analysis of NCR data and recommend the solutions for further improvements.
·         Conduct the required training for improving QC activities in Shop floor and Inspectors.
·         Knowledge in WPS, PQR, Welder Qualification, Quality Plan and NDT testing.
·         Organize and monitor the welding and hard facing test coupons for the qualification for welders on welding and Hard facing process.
·         Part of Internal (Self) audits to ensure the performance of the process.
·         Preparation of Monthly reports, Objectives evaluation and further analysis.
·         Assisting Manager any other QA related supports.
·         Ensure that all assignments are followed as per HSEQ requirements
 

Qualifications

 
Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/ Production /Tool & Die Engineering +5 years’ experience in Machine shop inspection
Diploma in Mechanical/ Production /Tool & Die Engineering +8 years’ experience in Machine shop inspection.
CNC machining experience
Exposure in Oil & Gas drilling tools and inspection requirement and Rotary shoulder connection.
ASNT Level II certification
Internal / Lead Auditor certification is an advantage.
