Job Description
Ingram Micro Dubai is looking for a Receptionist to be based at UAE with 3 - 5+ years of experience. Essential skill set are excellent verbal English & clarity in speech, MS Office working knowledge. Customer focused, calm and positive nature, be able to handle irate & demanding callers. Call attending, screening and re-directing, Performance indicator - Operating the NBX Telephone switchboard & ensuring ALL calls are attended. Greet and assist visitors in professional manner acting as a “Face of the Company” Performance indicators – Visitors are attended and assisted in short period of time.
