RESPONSIBILITIES
- Gather and compile market data to evaluate markets’ size, CMA CGM market shares, SWOT analysis across Trades and products.
- Continuously analyze key competitors, key industries, key markets and key clients, and translate intelligence into business insights and recommendations.
- Identify and quantify niche markets, technical trends and new market segments allowing to develop new business opportunities within the CMA CGM network.
- Support Agency network, RO Management and RO Trade Managers in their market research/analysis needs : extract performances, set up automated reports helping to analyze quickly the trade evolutions, highlight significant market / group evolutions.
- stay updated on the industrial actuality through network build up / follow up, through market associations or other information sources. Assess the need for purchasing market intelligence resources if needed (subscription to specialized press or reports, database, or analysis tools for example).
- Set up and distribute regular market intelligence reports and internal performance reports to key stakeholders to support / orientates their decisions.
- Inform the agency network and/or the market as a whole about CMA CGM’s products through advertising, public relation, mass marketing campaigns, newsletter, client advisory, product flyers and eventually events and exhibitions.
- Become the interlocutor of the entire CMA CGM network and customer database when it comes to CMA CGM product information and communication needs.
REQUIREMENTS
You have a postgraduate degree in Marketing / Business Intelligence as well as at least 5 years of experience in the Marketing department of a B2B group.
An experience in shipping is a big advantage.
You are very comfortable with figures and data compiling and analysis. You are also creative and enjoying working in a team driven by challenges. You enjoy being the support of this team by always being innovative in your approach of the business.
You have an excellent knowledge of Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint and Photoshop.
You are fluent in English.
