- coordinate with contractors and mall management from the design level to execution level.Coordinate wit
- Quotation evaluation and finalization of the same
- Facilitate all the tasks for new store, renovation and evacuation
- Managing budget, keeping within budget or below and prepare budget reports to justify expenditure
- Responsible for aspects of interior design from schematic design phase through installation and project closeout.
- Regularly visit ongoing projects to monitor progress and quality.
- Track the progress and quality of work being performed by contractors.
- Develop and maintain a detailed project schedule which includes administrative tasks and all sites involved the project.
Required Skills
- UAE Driving License
- Strong background in project and design management for retail fit-out projects
- Familiarity with project management software
- Strong understanding of Microsoft project planner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills.
