SAP Accountant

An Accountant is required with SAP exposure for an industry service and supplier company in Dubai Investment Park (DIP). The company we are recruiting for provides a full solution to its industry clients with unparalleled back up service, maintenance and repair and offers a wide spectrum of products for both instrumentation, ultraviolet and ozone disinfection. This is a fast paced environment as they pride themselves on same day dispatch of goods and a maximum 7 day turnaround from receipt of order.
The company is fast paced and plans to expand their client base across the MENA region over the next 2 years.

The main function of the role is to support the Finance Director with all the day to day functions including receivables and payables, day to day online banking and transactions , petty cash and expenses management, receiving GRNs, communication and review of freight forward suppliers, departmental liaison with the logistics and warehouse managers regarding physical stock taking and audit preparation. Reports are both ad hoc and scheduled weekly for the senior management team and will include full P&L balance sheet, SOP reports, cash flow and financial analysis. This role is also expected to form part of the management team and the successful candidate will have decision making input regarding pricing, strategy and long term vision for the company. All information is collated into the Tally accounting system, but SAP experience is also essential as this forms the basis of all reports. Advanced Excel skills are also required to ensure reports are downloaded into excel with the use of formulas, pivot tables and v-look ups.
