S/he will feedback key market and customer insights to the marketing Head in order to continually improve the products and services. In addition, the person will work closely with the L&E sales team through developing and supplying them with any/all material they require which will assist in realizing the overall marketing and sales objectives for each Cinema. S/he will coordinate efforts with Retail marketing team to coordinate/ leverage marcomm activities in order to integrate and co-promote the L&E assets within the Meraas Retail projects.
S/he will set asset and individual priorities and/or KPIs, reporting mechanisms, and other performance measures to properly assess effectiveness of each and every marcomms related campaign or activity, and to be able to report on progress and results. S/he will and will endeavor to create consistency and harmony in all marketing efforts across the L&E portfolio.

Description
S/he will assist with developing (and responsible for implementing) the strategic, tactical, and operational marketing and communications planning for the Cinema Brand. The individual will develop objective-driven marketing plans, which will encompass all aspects of marketing including, annual budgeting, attendance targets, PR/communications, advertising (ATL, BTL), digital & social media, special events planning, activation, and all other efforts.S/he will feedback key market and customer insights to the marketing Head in order to continually improve the products and services.
