Job Description

- Schedule service appointments for customers
- Meet & greet customers arriving at the garage
- Inspecting vehicles & understanding problems from customer
- Vehicle diagnostic to determine problems
- Preparing estimates
- Update vehicle status to customers
- Liaison between foreman and customer and explain about jobs done to customers vehicles
- Job card opening, forwarding & completion of job card cycle
- Pre-delivery inspection to ensure compliance before delivery
- Preparing invoice
- Issuing gate pass to customers
- Maintaining customer data base
- Communicating with customers on offers and promotions
- Preparing daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports

Desired Candidate Profile

Candidate shall be the gateway to the Garage. Understanding problems faced by customers, liaison and provide excellent customer service.
