EMR is an emerging markets' foremost provider of recruitment solutions specialised in most industrial segments and key functions. We are currently assisting the Autism Trust Foundation in their recruitment drive for their current expansion plans.

ATF is a non-profit organisation registered in the UK and the United Nations' Department of Economic and Social Affairs, with centres in 9 different countries to date and has been in the UAE since 2011. ATF centres provide one-on-one therapy sessions. Its initiatives include workshops that provide home-based therapy and parent training. It also holds seminars to impart necessary knowledge to parents as well as develop skills in the management of children's complex behavioural issues.

Lesson Plans and Teaching Strategies:
- Conduct baseline and placement assessment of the child with the clinical supervisor
- Plan, facilitate and co-ordinate all learning activities, special events and projects to meet the special needs of each student
- Monitor each child's daily attendance
- Innovate effective and fun activities
- Prepare and design materials appropriate for every lesson

Reports:
- Write daily observations
- Keep all learning portfolios of each child
- Write and submit trimestral progress reports of every learner, noted and checked by the clinical supervisor

Classroom Management:
- Organise the room structure
- Designate proper place for teaching materials
- Coordinate with the assistant teacher inside the classroom
- Coordinate with the supervisor, co-teachers and assistant teachers

Assign and label specific routines and areas per task such as:
- circle time
- eating time
- work period
- gross motor
