Honeywell are looking for a Staffing Leader to join our staffing center of excellence based in Dubai but covering the Middle-East, Turkey and Egypt.
The role will report to the Director of the Staffing EMEA. In addition there will be a strong partnership with the HR Country leader/s of the Middle East, Turkey & Egypt.
This position will also work closely with the Honeywell Building Solutions (HBS) business as staffing leader across the EMEA region. It is open due to an internal promotion.

The scope of the role is broad and will enable the selected candidate to work across a very diverse range of activities and genuinely preparing them for future senior leadership staffing roles.
Day to day tasks will include:
- Leading Recruitment Process Outsource evaluations, tenders, commercial evaluations, contracting and implementation. Full process responsibility from start to finish.
- Using a sophisticated set of Staffing Management Information and reporting to really look deeply into staffing performance and identify ways to take it to the next level.
- Supporting new market penetration from evaluating talent availability to building staffing solutions or partnerships with external providers. Often this means being the first and being innovative and creative.
- Having detailed discussions with customers about growth plans and talent needs and putting together the right staffing actions to enable that growth.
- A wide variety of communications with considerable span from employee to business president.
- Supporting a range of countries beyond the Middle East with different markets cultures and requirements.
- Balancing operational management of staffing in the countries concerned with being the staffing leader in EMEA for one of our key businesses.
- Playing a strong educational and consultative role with HR colleagues and Business Managers.
- Forging strong and constructive partnerships with the different RPO providers with whom we have engagements. Understanding their respective capabilities and fully leveraging them.
