شروط الكفاءة والخبرات الوظيفية للمتقدم للوظيفة :
أن يكون ذا خبرة في مجال المكتبات والقرطاسية .
أن يكون قد عمل في أحدى المكتبات والقرطاسيات الكبرى في أي من دول الخليج .
أن يكون قد عمل في الادارة العليا وتدرج في الادارة والاقسام المتخصصة في المكتبات التجارية .
أن يكون قد مارس الادارة والتسويق والموارد البشرية والمحاسبة والمالية من خلال عمله السابق او من خلال دراسته الجامعية أو الدورات التدريبية والقراءة الحرة .
أن يكون ذو رؤية إدارية مستقبيلة وتكون لديه خطط واستراتيجيات مستقبيلة في التوسع وصاحب أفكار وإبداع وتطوير في العمل .
أن يكون قد عمل او ادار في عمله السابق الاقسام التي تتبع المكتبة مثل الاقسام التالية : ( قرطاسية الطلبة وأدوات المدارس والجامعات - الادوات المكتبية ومستلزمات المؤسسات والشركات - الكتب الثقافية والعلمية وكتب الاطفال - الالعاب والالعاب التعليمية - اكسسوارات وكماليات الهواتف النقالة والحواسب الالية - الهدايا ـ تصوير المستندات - الالكترونيات - البدلات المدرسية ) وغيرها .
أن يكون قادر على تأسيس المكتبة وعمل دراسة جدوى دقيقة تلائم السوق والتميز على مستوى المدينة او الدولة .
أن يكون على علم باسعار المنتجات وعلى علم ودراية بالموردين من داخل الدولة ومن خارجها كالدول التالية : ( الصين واندونيسيا والمانيا واليابان وكوريا وماليزيا ) وغيرها من الدول الاخرى .

Terms of functional efficiency and expertise of the applicant for the job:
Must have experience in the field of libraries and stationery.
That have worked in one of the major bookstores and stationery in any of the Gulf states.
He has served in senior management included in the administration and departments specialized in commercial bookstores.
It has practiced management and marketing, human resources, accounting and finance through his previous work or through his university studies, the free reading ,or training courses.
To be a managerial vision and be future plans and strategies to expand and the owner of ideas, creativity and development work.
To have a job or ran in his previous work that follow the library, such as the following categories: (Stationery students, tools schools and universities - stationery supplies institutions and companies - cultural, scientific books and children's books - games, educational toys - accessories mobile phones and computers - gifts photocopying - electronics - school allowances) and others.
Be unable to establish a library and a feasibility study work-minute suit the market and the level of excellence on the city or the state.
Be aware of and prior knowledge of prices market and suppliers from within the state and outside, like States the following: (China, Indonesia, Germany, Japan, Korea, Malaysia) and many other countries.
