Talent Development Manager

Charterhouse is working with a well-established local holding company. Our client is looking to hire an experienced Talent Development Manager for a newly created position within their property division.

Joining the growing HR team, this role will report to the Talent Director and will be a pivotal role within the business. As the Talent Development Manager, you will manage the rollout of their talent management framework. You will be responsible for implementing the talent acquisition strategy, succession planning and performance management as well as creating a companywide survey on results. You will also implement career paths, define job descriptions and coach the HR teams in the talent management implementation process.

Requirements

The successful candidate should be Degree educated with more than 5 years' HR generalist experience (preferably within recognised brands) and ideally with a specialist talent management background. It is essential you possess excellent interpersonal skills and are confident liaising with the leadership team. Due to amount of travel involved, our client has stated a preference for a male candidate for this position.
