Individual contributor who performs jobs on rotation assignments within various disciplines. Has responsibilities in any research and development function.  Goals and objectives are assigned by an immediate supervisor. Work performed depends on others for instruction, guidance, and direction. Deals with routine problems or issues. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in relative field of study.  Typically requires no experience. Incumbent typically rotates every 6 - 12 months to another job within their program.
