Bilingual Customer Service Associate Vacancy, We are urgently looking for an experienced and talented Bilingual Customer Service Associate for our firm, location Dubai.
Job Description:
  • Manage the Case Queue in Salesforce (create new cases, close cases)
  • Call and process electronic or telephone orders (E orders, Pre-call)
  • Phones/Customer Service – includes Pre-call
  • Check Market Center general email box
  • Prepare ship route for processing (printing, posting)
  • Service call back
  • Service Dispatch
  • Place work order for service calls
  • Process refunds
  • Additional responsibilities as requested
Job skills:
  • High School Diploma required. College Diploma or Degree preferred
  • Bilingual in English and Arabic
  • 3-5 years of work experience in a customer service function preferred.
  • MS Office Experience with proficiency in Excel required.
  • Strong communication skills.
