Customer Service Representative

The primary function of this role is to provide day to day support to the customer care executive Pe. The individual needs to be highly efficient, proactive and professional Prior experience in similar position is essential.
Responsibilities •
1. Provides comprehensive support services to the customer care executive ensuring professional,
2. Handle day to day email communication of reporting and compliance in time
3. Electronic submission.
4. Administers correspondence, prioritizes phone messages, emails. • Oversee the emails, including strictly private and confidential communication
5. Prepare correspondence, compose letters and responses; • Maintains confidentiality and uses a high degree of discretion.
6. Ability to handle multiple tasks flexibly and deliver work on deadlines • Effective coordination with other offices globally • Provides timely and proactive management of the organizations office environment. •
